1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website can place in a browser. Similar technologies can store or access information in a browser for purposes such as remembering preferences, keeping a service working, measuring visits, or showing targeted advertising.
2. What the current website uses
We have not identified any non-essential cookies or tracking technologies operating in the current public ecoLedger website. There is currently no Google Analytics, advertising pixel, marketing-cookie system, session recording, or similar optional tracking implemented.
Because no non-essential tracking is currently implemented, the website does not currently display a separate cookie-consent banner. This may change if the website adds optional analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
The public pages do not currently require a site cookie for their core content, forms, or navigation. Your browser may still process technical information as part of loading a website, and hosting or security infrastructure may handle ordinary connection data to deliver the service.
4. Third-party requests
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. This is a request for font resources rather than an ecoLedger analytics or advertising cookie. Google may process technical request information under its own policies.
The floating WhatsApp button is an external link. Selecting it takes you to WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own cookies, technologies, terms, and privacy policy may apply. HTE Accountants does not control that external service.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the website begins using cookies or similar technologies that are not described here. We may then explain their purposes and, where required, ask for consent before using optional technologies.
